Managing a workforce today looks very different than it looked two years ago.  This session will highlight the benefits and challenges of managing a dispersed workforce.  We will discuss the importance of defining behavioral expectations, ensuring compliance with employment and tax laws, and engaging with team members to promote staff development and a sense of belonging.  We will also discuss how to retain your top talent.
