Description: Savills has been working with clients to create customized, comprehensive plans on how to safely and effectively return to the office (“Return to the Office Plan”). During this session, we will discuss the necessary considerations and steps involved so that organizations and their employees can return to the workplace.  The Savills team will also walk attendees through the importance of analyzing and understanding key lease provisions amid COVID and beyond. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to develop a comprehensive plan to return to the office
  • Identify and discuss how to treat low and high risk zones in your organization’s office space
  • Review and examine various flexible/remote work options
  • Recognize and analyze key lease provisions amid COVID
