Description: 2020 Legislative updates began to clarify some new retirement plan options available to associations specifically and all plans generally. ESG funds have attracted a great deal of attention along with some scrutiny from D.O.L. Everyone working remotely has brought new challenges and innovations in engaging employees with meaningful Financial Wellness content, assistance and investment advice. This session will provide resources to employers offering plans to employees and association members. We will offer ideas to help you bring the fund choices, plan options and resources they need and the advice they want for retirement planning, debt reduction and budgeting.

Greg Kutrow began a career in financial services with the Principal Financial Group in 1989, serving as an advisor and a Regional Managing Director for the Principal until 2007 when together with Jonathan Shimer they formed Vigilant Financial Partners. In 2016 Greg Kutrow and Shelly Horwitz former Association Investment Advisory Solutions focused on the association and non-profit community. Shelly and Greg joined Pensionmark, a national retirement plan and wealth management firm headquartered in Santa Barbara, California in early 2018.
Greg is a Registered Representative with Pensionmark Securities and holds Securities registrations Series 6 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam), 24 (General Securities Principal), and 7 (General Securities Representative).
