2021 Unmasked - Investment Themes for a New Year

Tuesday, January 19, 2021 | 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Presenter: Ahmed Farruk, Regional Director and Senior Consultant, DiMeo Schneider & Associates, LLC and Bill Fisher, AIF. Senior Consultant, DiMeo Schneider & Associates, LLC

Description: 2020 was a rollercoaster ride with a global pandemic, global recession, volatile financial markets, and highly contentious elections.  What does all this mean as we transition into 2021?   Many nonprofit organizations were hit particularly hard by the pandemic and the resulting economic decline. We will examine new developing themes for the global economies and financial markets, and what it means for nonprofits and their investment portfolios.  What is the political landscape and what does it mean for the economy?  What are the prospects for production and distribution for a COVID-19 vaccine? When will the economy begin to recover? And what can we expect from the financial markets in the coming years?
