Presenter: Robert Kinsler, President & CEO of DC Fray & Paul Phelan, Principal and Practice Leader, Early, Cassidy and Schilling

Robert Kinsler is the founder and CEO of United Fray and Publisher of District Fray Magazine. As a lifestyle services and media company, Fray is on a mission to Make Fun Possible by creating and sharing fun things to do for their members and corporate clients. With ten years of building a business with 6 core values of Play, Gratitude, Positivity, Innovation, Courage and Community, Robert has become an expert on how to build and leverage company culture. 

Working across social sports, events, and media, Fray builds communities, fosters relationships, and creates value for our members and partners. Fray operates out of 3 primary markets; Washington DC, Phoenix AZ, Jacksonville FL and actively executes events and activities across the country. Servicing over 400,000 event and sports participants since inception, Fray has been recognized as an INC 5,000 fastest growing company for the last five years. Kinsler was named the Small Business Person of the year by the DC Chamber of Commerce in 2017 and in 2020 was honored as a 40 under 40 by the Washington Business Journal.

Robert currently serves on the board of the Sport and Social Industry Association (SSIA) and previously served as Finance and Membership chair for the executive board of the Baltimore Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization and on the executive board of CRYSP DC, a local nonprofit.

Kinsler is a father of three amazing children under the age of 6 and has (mostly) kept his sanity thanks to his wife Victoria, his incredible team at the office, his mentors and his mastermind group (ask him about Netcito).

Robert has a passion for entrepreneurial potential and the pursuit of capturing it. Some of his past experiences include earning his SAG card, serving in the Army National Guard, living in the Virgin Islands and lending his voice to a McDonald's radio commercial. Paul Phelan, Senior Vice President, AssuredPartners Paul joined Early, Cassidy & Schilling, an Assured Partners Agency in 2003 and he instrumental in our joining AssuredPartners in April of 2020. Paul heads up Retirement Planning & Executive Benefit Practice, in the Mid-Atlantic for AssuredPartners handling basic Employee Benefit, but also working with clients on their HR Practices, Regulatory Compliance and Business Succession and Key Person issues. Paul's work includes consulting on Employee Health and Welfare Plans, Corporate Retirement Plans, Deferred Compensation and Bonus Arrangements.

This webinar will provide tips on successfully integrating play into your organization’s culture. Wondering how your organization can build corporate culture with a remote or hybrid workforce? Learn the similarities and differences between building culture in the current environment versus traditional workplaces. You will come away with practical ideas that can be immediately implemented.

2. How playing at an outside of work can be vital to the operation of company, team, or department.

3. With a workforce that is getting younger and younger how play at work and connecting with teams outside of work are vital to the health of an organization.
