    Speaker: Randy Chittum

You may be familiar with the saying that “culture eats strategy for lunch.” As organizations, and the macro-environments in which they operate, become increasingly complex and uncertain, culture leadership becomes ever more important. Think of culture as organizational identity. As planning and prediction become less viable, we see that “who we are” becomes a key to understanding organizational capability.

As our organizations become more complex and uncertain we look to the importance of cultural leadership to secure stability and ensure capability. Hear from Randy Chittum, executive coach and faculty of the Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown University, on how leading culture effectively has become a necessary tool to maintaining your effectiveness.
