&lt;p&gt;JOB OVERVIEW&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Founded in 1950, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) is a national association with 74 chapters representing 23,000 merit shop construction and construction-related firms with nearly two million employees. ABC's membership represents all specialties within the U.S. construction industry and is comprised primarily of firms that perform work in the industrial and commercial sectors of the industry.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Senior Manager, 401k will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.&amp;nbsp; The Senior Manager, 401k will be primarily responsible for the ongoing administration and servicing of the ABC National Retirement and Savings Plan – a defined contribution plan that benefits employees of ABC National and 44 of its chapters.&amp;nbsp; There are approximately 525 participants across the plan.&amp;nbsp; The position is needed for approximately 20 hours per week.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;br&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Provide guidance and information to chapters and employees regarding the plan including participation criteria.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Manage annual testing for non-discrimination and all reporting requirements of the plan record keeper on behalf of the association.&lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Facilitate all communications with chapters and participants that are required including annual notices and communications regarding plan and investment changes.&lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Work closely with chapters to ensure that their contributions are timely.&lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Build a framework of policies and procedures for administering the plan.&lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Oversee daily relationship with record keeper (Principal) and investment advisors (Northwestern) to help facilitate education and proactive engagement of staff regarding the plan and web access to managing employee’s retirement funds.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Qualifications and Experience&lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;3-5 Years of experience in working with 401k/Defined contribution plan administration.&lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Microsoft Office Suite experience – Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…&lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Strong oral and written communication skills.&lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&amp;nbsp; Has the ability to anticipate, quickly recognize, and research unusual or complex situations regarding plan participation or experience and provide recommendations for resolution.&lt;br&gt;

&lt;p&gt;REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 5 years previous experience is required, with experience working closely with senior executives, boards of directors, high level stakeholders and the general public is strongly preferred.
